45 Highworth Avenue - refused again!

The revised planning application for 45 Highworth Avenue was heard by the planning committee yesterday (Wednesday 6 September). HPERA committee members Michael Page and Sophie Musson spoke in opposition to the application, and our city councillor Sam Carling also spoke most persuasively. We are delighted to say that the committee again refused the application, voting 3 votes against to 1 in favour, with 1 abstention.
