We are greatly relieved to report that this planning application(21/01476/FUL), which received no fewer than 35 objections, has been rejected by the planning committee. The scheme proposed the demolition of the bungalow and garage currently on the site, and the construction of a 3-bed house on Highworth Avenue and two 4-bed detached houses at the back of the plot, reached by an access road.
